A little bit quiet…
My audition for Indiana University is this weekend and University of North Texas the weekend after. Between practice and travel, it will be mostly quiet here, but I’ll try and post some thoughts on the auditions.
On the horizon, I have more video from Moorpark and some charts I transcribed that are handy for practicing. Soon, I promise.

RIP, Michael Brecker
I also play tenor sax (casually). Michael Brecker is one of the all-time greats — He’ll be missed. Steve Gadd is the drummer on this one — he has some incredible licks starting around 2:14 or so.
