Recording drums

Not bad, for recording drums on a budget. He has some good detail on mics and setup, too. For rock drums, it sounds pretty good. Not so sure it’d work as well for jazz, though.

Fastest doesn’t equal best

The idea of being named the ‘fastest drummer’ doesn’t mean squat if it means playing with crummy technique and crappy sound. When you hear one of them say that at 40 seconds it starts to hurt, assume their technique sucks.
